Whatever the problem with your boiler, provided it is not beyond economical repair, we promise to repair it for a guaranteed, fixed price. So you know how much it will cost, before we even arrive at your home.

There are two options you can choose from:

Option 1 – A fixed price of £60 for the first half hour. If we can repair it in half an hour, then you only pay £60
Option 2 – For a fixed price of £199 we will mend your boiler, provided it is not beyond economical repair.

What if you can’t repair my boiler?

Sometimes it’s just not possible to repair an existing boiler. If it’s been poorly maintained, badly installed or just simply worn out it can sometimes be more cost effective to replace it with a brand new boiler.

If we can’t repair your boiler, we can organise a new one for you. Rest assured that it will be competitively priced and installed a gas safe registered engineer. We also have a range of flexible payment plans to help you spread the cost of your new boiler. Our consultant will explain all the details, and help you choose the right payment plan for your circumstances.

**Call before 1pm and we'll aim to visit the same day. Call after 1pm and we'll aim to be with you the following day. Timings can be affected by extreme weather conditions or exceptional demand. If a repair cannot be carried out immediately and special boiler parts are needed, we'll aim to fix within 4 working days.
