We will arrange to visit and plan installation work when it suits you. Our customer service team will advise you by phone when our engineers will arrive at your home and aim to ensure that the work is completed on time and to your satisfaction.

All of our staff are trained to the highest standards of customer service and will explain, in plain English, exactly what work is being carried out, why it is necessary and what the precise cost will be.
Price - Lower prices than other national companies
You don´t have to pay a lot to get the best central heating; you´ll find our prices are lower than other national companies. All our prices include labour and materials and are fixed before we start the work, so there´ll be no hidden extras.
Secure - Pre visit call, ID badge and security password
We will call you before your dedicated engineers arrive and let you know their names and time of arrival. For added security, you can even arrange for a password to be used in conjunction with our standard ID badge

Carillion Energy Services is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our service. Virtually all waste during installation can be recycled or reused and you can be certain that we are as environmentally friendly as possible.
Efficiency - Install high efficiency condensing boilers
Unless it´s not technically possible, we will install a high efficiency condensing boiler which will not only save money on your heating bills but will also reduce your carbon emissions. In most cases they can also be fitted to existing systems.

We have a comprehensive aftercare service, including a 24 hour helpline for emergencies. Should anything go wrong during the guarantee period we´ll be there to sort it out. We strongly recommend that you continue to have your new system serviced and maintained after the guarantee period is over to make sure it carries on working safely and efficiently.
